I learned to drive from my parents (so basically all the time I had my temporary license one of my parents had to sit aside of me) I don't think my license costed more then 100 euros.

@Arperum My lessons were mandatory. There was an option to drive only with your parents (you had to drive ~1000KM, I think), but that cost as much as the normal license.
