It was acceptable for motion controls if you didn't need too many of the buttons. It was dreadful when not used as such

The rest of the numbers should be more related to where that position is, so for example, if you had a 6-button controller, the top row being 1-2-3 and the bottom row being 4-5-6 works since 1 is very likely either the main action button or one of the main actions buttons and the most likely primary main action button.

I'm probably at this point speaking more as a console player though, who has been ingrained with the nature of XYAB for so long that I can mentally parse top row and bottom row buttons a lot easier in that matched fashion. In my perspective, trying to assign "numbers" to one row and "letters" to another row is not as intuitive even though it honestly should be just as intuitive.

The remote for my DVR is so horrible for navigating the menus. The "back" button is so far away from the buttons for navigating the menus, and is hard to reach. It's actually easier to just completely exit the menu, re-open it, and then navigate back to the page I wanted to go back to.

Shoulder buttons on either side make me use the wrong finger. I shouldn't need two fingers to use the two movement actions.

So I copied Battlefield 2 Project Reality off of my brother's machine (where it works perfectly) and I can play for about half an hour most times but then it'll crash. I can play it with you on either version. I guess PS4 might be my main now if more people pick it up. Hope they get the sales they deserve though, not entirely sure what's in it for the devs that go out on PS+ day 1

@PanicBomb It depends. Some do it for no money at all (just cause 2 was given for no direct compensation). I've heard rumors but no confirmation some might get a flat fee or a % of what they would have gotten if it was paid

@PanicBomb Absolutely love Infamous. It won't be on PS+ any time soon though. Was thinking more like base version of COD/BF4 (since they have DLC to sell) or maybe Thief/AC4 (since AC is annual and Thief is already getting major sales)

I'm okay with that, the AAA games take time and lots of the indies have been great. And PS3 is still/has still been getting good stuff

JRPGs will take at LEAST a year to stop coming out on PS3

Yeah PS3 really turned it around. Which is sort of bittersweet; it's amazing it's still getting support and that's really cool, on the other hand I would 100% prefer to play everything on my PS4

@Krazer Not until it's bargain bin or PS+. I almost got it for the "3 for 2" deals but just got Killzone, and reviews/word of mouth soured me on it
