My parents didn't win a tax auction for a piece of land adjacent to their vacation property. It's 200 by 50 feet (one of the short sides has water access), and has no inherent road access. By all measures, it's not worth the $32,000 the winners paid for it, except that it's property on the Mira River. Makes me disappointed.

Yeah, apparently there was a bidding war. My parents bowed out at $22k, much above their original ceiling. What really bugs me is that the only people who can really do anything with it are my parents and the existing neighbours. There's barely enough room to put in a septic system and well, let alone a cottage. Then there's negotiating to get a road put in, which is only a small part of that battle.

Q: Why did everyone start playing diablo 3 all of a sudden

When diablo 3 came out (year or two ago?) i heard from everyone that it was really bad. Now all the streamers and everybody is talking about it. I noticed a new DLC for it came out but is it the new DLC that changed the game or why all of a sudden everyone is playing it?

Q: Are DS games region locked?

I have a friend in South Africa who is thinking about buying a Nintendo DS. It's hard to find games in her city, though, so I was thinking I'd buy several in the USA and mail them to her. Would this work or are Nintendo DS games region locked?
