Q: Tinkers construct nothing happend when adding a layer to smeltery

so i made the smeltery with one layer. It works very good, but when i add another layer of seared bricks nothing happends. Normally i should be able to put 9 more ores in the smeltery controller, but i cant... the smeltery is working fine with one layer, but dosn't seem to register the extra layer.

Q: where can I find all of the out of the ordinary biomes, like sky, hell, and messa?

I was looking on the minecraft wiki and i saw that it doesn't tell you were to find the specific biomes. It tells you what they are and what is in them but not where to find them.

FF4 is poorly designed but I attribute that at least partially to its oldness.

If a game is poorly designed and has a real-money alternative to get around the poor design, that's the worst combination.
