Q: Dwarf Fortress -- will a dwarf fight better with a weapon that he likes?

Q: How can I run a .bin file with emulator PSX?

I have the emulator "epsxe 1.9.0" for playstation games. I downloaded the game "Disney's The Emperor's New Groove" too. It's two files. One is .bin and other .cue. I config my emulator but It didn't ask me the place of game and didn't run it. What should I do? Thanks in advance.
