Koth, Territory Control, 5CP, and A/D CP all are reported by the game as game type 2

The gamerules entity has an m_bPlayingKoth member, but the other 3 you have to figure out yourself.

I should point out I need to do this because I want to determine what control points are currently active on a map. And to do that I need to know the map type.

Oh, I forgot, Mann Vs. Machine is also game type 2, but it also has a gamerules entity thing
