Really I dont think its gonna be opening it to a smash bros movie. Watching the trailer I felt like it was a lot more closer to Nintendo Land at universal japan than the video games. And well Nintendo Land has not opened it to Zelda Land or Smash Land. Its Mario-Mario-Mario-Mario

Right now, you can get a Pikachu with Fly via a gift. Obviously, Pikachu is not normally able to learn Fly. If I accidentally tell Pikachu to forget Fly, will he be able to remember that move? Or do I need to be very careful about what moves he learns?

Well that was the most free Gyarados in the history of Magikarp

I found a Magikarp level 28

doesnt magikarp usually evolve at like high 30s or 40s?

i kinda remember that you had to carry it for a while to get the gyaridos

@Fredy31 it levels at 20, but it doesn't know a damaging move until level 15

hunh bulbapedia lists it as always level 20

but yeah 20 usually you are at what, past the 3rd gym

guess thats why I'm thinking you need to have it in your pockets for a while before it evolves.

The big challenge is that Magikarp is generally only caught at level 5, and it only knows splash. It doesn't learn Tackle until level 15, so before then you need to switch train it, waste rare candies on it or put it in the daycare

Yeah it's normally not already level 20

And what's nice is I can now have gyarados re-learn stuff they should already have learned 20-29

like waterfall etc

And don't forget dragon rage, which is a strong move at level 20

Like, a guaranteed 40 damage is a lot at level 20

Yeah to add to my 'it takes a while in your pockets...

You need to
A- Have the XP Share, which in early games is usually pretty late.
B- Pass some Rare Candies, which usually are rare and having 15 you are pretty much in the endgame
or C- Do the switcheroo, but it will need you to actively farm because your starters are gonna take hits

MDB did a pokémon challenge for the first time in 3 months now that he has managed to deal with his health problems to an extent: Pokémon Platinum with 1 chansey

@Nzall Oh excellent! WAs worried about that guy.

@Wipqozn He mentions at the start what his health problem is and it seems to be some sort of spinal injury that's giving him nerve damage

Can't quite remember but he's able to make videos again and thanks to his fans staying active on his Patreon and his Youtube Membership he was able to bridge the 3 months of no income

Though do keep in mind: that video is unlisted, though he linked it on his personal public Twitter account, so I doubt me sharing it here is an issue
