I still think the dumbest part of how the Antivaxx movement started was Andrew Wakefield's motivation for his study: he had developed a competing vaccine and wanted to discredit the existing vaccine. Problem is, did he honestly believe that anyone sufficiently misguided by his study to not trust the existing vaccine could then be convinced to take his vaccine? Like, antivaxxers don't take ANY vaccines, while Wakefield only tried to discredit the MMR vaccine

@Unionhawk Thing is, the Max Cash stack bug is just an overflow bug AFAIK. That's something relatively easy to write tests for. However, how would you automate testing to not accidentally add an expensive item spawn to your world?

the game was supposed to check for coin pouches (new to stop thieving bot stuff) and drop the appropriate amount of gold instead

This check apparently grabbed any stackable item though, and when it couldn't find an appropriate value, decided infinity was right

since like, if you pvp died with 1 guard gold pouch, you should drop 20, but if you pvp die with a knight of ardougne pouch, you should drop 50

I wouldn't think to negatively test that, personally

that pvp deaths with other items still work right

This, I can see how it made it past qa but how did it make it in, you know

any build at all

this doesn't seem like something you can do on accident

Only thing I can think of myself is to have something that checks on every build whether all items have the expected number of spawn points

@SaintWacko I might get it, still undecided. I don't enjoy Civ 6 as much as I did Civ 5 because there is a lot more city planning involved with regards to where you place districts and wonders, and I'm crap at that

Like, I used to play Civ 5 purely against the AI on the lowest difficulty and I was used to just building everything in every city at some point

with my workers on automate improvements and preferably playing Venice so every city beyond my capital was Puppeted

@Ash the characters are from the Fate Series called Servants who are summoned by a Master to fight in their place. the left one is Arturia Pendragon who gets summoned in the Servant Class Saber (Knight of the Sword) and the other is Mash Kyrielight, summoned as Shielded (Knight of the Shield)

Q: If I deleted a game I lost the disc for, can I reinstall it digitally?

@Ash unless you are referring to the Pokemon thing, new Pokemon Games were announced yesterday for the switch with the titles Sword and Shield, new Starters were announced too

IIRC, (this is spoilers but I don't think you'll ever play the games) they're both figures from Arthurian myth. Saber is Arthur and Mash is Gawain I think? Or Galahad?
