Step 1. Take the knife

Step 4. Notice that the teeth are shaped like like wedges

This means that, no matter the width of your spaghetti, there will come a point where the pasta is as high up your fork as it will go, at which point it will be solidly anchored to your fork

Use this to your advantage

Step 5. Fork goes in, at an angle, not vertically

Step 6. Rotate a bunch.

Step 8. Maintain the angle with the table as you lift the fork

Between the angle and the shape of the teeth of your fork, the pasta should remain on the fork
