Until recently, in Ingress level 8 was the maximum one, but now there is more levels. What are the benefits when you level after level 8? I think there is no higher resonators or bursters.

Is there a way to change the photograph of a portal? I know that we can submit new photos for a portal and sometimes I see that portal photos do change but I don't know how they are being changed.

@AshleyNunn So those cards I ordered shipped at midnight. Expected delivery date is tuesday, but I'm going to cling to false hope and hope they get here today. My reasoning is that it might arrive today, but it will be too late to ship out the package has arrived slip , but will be ready for pick up.

I really hope they come in so I can have them for the long weekend. That would be glorious.

@AshleyNunn the pills I use for panic attacks (I don't need them every day, usually just in emergencies, but I don't want to travel without them) are opiates so I had to get a letter from my psychiatrist with all this info saying they were necessary. Now I've got to send it off to the "Ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport" so that they can make sure everything's checked out. That'll be like a month for processing.

Then they send it back to me and I have to either mail it out or go by personally to the Centrale Balie van het Paleis van Justitie in Den Haag to get this thing called an Apostillestempel or something.

Which apparently is the international version of getting notarized.
