@StrixVaria I'm fine with any order so long as we have a baby fight.

Rawr. Between me being away and the upstairs people being away it has been like three weeks since we were all here at the same time and I forgot how bloody much they scream stuff at each other.
Actually they also cry if they're too cold, like if you take them soaking wet out of a bath because you need to rest for 2 seconds and you can't let go of their head or they'll drown.
> At birth, babies' vision is abuzz with all kinds of visual stimulation. While they may look intently at a highly contrasted target, babies have not yet developed the ability to easily tell the difference between two targets or move their eyes between the two images. Their primary focus is on objects 8 to 10 inches from their face or the distance to parent's face.
@StrixVaria Your baby is going to be boring for a while (unless you count the stress as not-boring), then get interesting for a bit at around 3-4 months when she starts reacting to you and giggling and stuff, then boring again, then interesting again when she starts crawling, terrifying a bit after that when she starts walking, and then super awesome when she starts talking
@Wipqozn I don't remember. They get a few words here and there but the multiple words together is like 18 months or something. THough sign language early on can be kind of cool
"I swimmin'" when she starts doing the breast stroke in the empty bathtub after we've drained it, because she doesn't want to get out yet, is probably second place.
@Sterno Yeah, BGG is unique in that it's a forum which isn't complete crap.
Arqade took off since the only other major alternative was GameFaqs and GameFaqs forums are terrible. The users are extremely hostile. The community is so hostile.
I've read the meta discussion at What are the success criteria for an area 51 beta site, as well as the blog post When will my site graduate?
Neither of these helps me understand why Board and Card Games continues to languish in beta status. As of this writing, we've been in beta for 1157 days. ...
Some would call it cheating. The perpetrators sometimes call it creative play. These players are the kind of people who think it is ok to peek at the bottom card while shuffling a poker deck to give themselves an edge, or glance at the cards in player's hands seated next to them when that player ...
@Frank More or less. The first answer had been "try to reason with them" and he left a comment that the answer was completely invalid because they aren't people who would listen to reason
So I'm playing Divinity and an archer just shot my tank with an arrow that lowers all stats by two. This was enough to bring her strength under the minimum requirement for her armor. So his arrow had the side effect of knocking her clothes off. Now she's fighting naked.
Is it possible to run two insistence's of mine-craft and have two players on the same world on the same PC with no internet connection. Does an one know how this could be done. I have tried to run mine-craft twice but there was just one player not two.
Also: in most situations, the Jpanel that contains the Jscrollpane decides the 25+25 = 100, and anything less will be fought by layout breakage. But at some points it decides that 25+25 is actually 50, so it causes the bottom border to suddenly be 75 high. Yay for inconsistency.
@FEichinger Bleh, it works, and the deadline for this thing is too close for comfort because other stuff broke in horrible ways when that got updated. (some third party thing got updated, fucked up their whole DB, I had to fix the other things that depended on said DB)
If I have time left at the end I'll have a look and see if I can unfuck the weird stuff.
Ah, the height starts to act normal again under a certain treshold, and once it goes above that unknown height, it starts defying math.
In Star Wars Commander you are given a tract of virtual land where you can build your base. I have yet to engage a multiplayer opponent and, from what the game states, I will not be attacked until I first attack another player.
Since I am about to start attacking opponents, I want to be sure th...
Also, gotta love how once of my coworkers automatically assumes that our Java code for dealing with Oracle workspaces somehow changed when we're required to call stored procedures for everything.
Nope, we're calling the same method for creating workspaces that you already wrote...
I still kinda wonder why Amazon bought twitch. Are they working on some new technology that listens for product names and puts in text ads any time a product is mentioned?
"I stream using a <insert device here>" (Buy <insert device here> at Amazon now! text link appears)
Actually, Anna suggested a streaming device to me not that long ago and I can't remember what it is. Might have to ask her again.
I can't actually tell what is what but that comes from not playing the associated game. That said, I'm not going to leave that idling in another tab because your ping sounds will be the death of me.
@GraceNote Basically Platinum God is the ultimate achievement in the Binding of Isaac DLC. To unlock it, I need to unlock all items and obtain them in random drops.
newegg, your site is being impossible! I DON'T WANT TO BE REDIRECTED TO THE CANADIAN PAGE! I'm not buying anything today, I just want to look at stuff other people are linking to.
