Lay in your bed, and stay as still as possible. Try to clear your mind. Because this is very challenging, pick an easy to say phrase. Repeat it over and over again in your head until you can repeat it silently 50x/minute. Then, slow down the repetition. Breathe deeply and slowly the entire time. Eventually, you will want to try to stretch out the phrase as long as you possible can. And, then try to relax and sleep.

Well, yes, but almost no natural language has a perfectly logical writing system. The only exception I can think of would be Turkish and some Latin-based scripts for native North American languages, and that's because those writing systems are all created long after the invention of the writing press (in some cases, after the invention of radio, television and the internet), which tends to standardise pronunciations and spelling.

Though I'd consider speedrunning one of the bigger mods (Ars Magicka: Time to kill all bosses, Thaumcraft: Time to complete 100% research, IC2+mods: Time to create a self-sufficient nuclear reactor which is guaranteed to not run out before the whole world is mined out, ...) to be far more enjoyable to watch.
