I've irresponsibly made an auto breeding chicken farm. Unfortunatelly, I left my character in game AFK and the farm grew up over any posibilities of getting close, for it causes horrible lag.

I think PayPal's primary objective is to make people who buy things (send money) feel secure. As a result their paranoia w/r/t fraud is off the charts.
And if they do suspect you might be committing fraud, there's no incentive to prove you aren't, because it doesn't promote objective #1 (plus, if they can hang on to the money a little longer and earn interest, more the better)
@RedRiderX yeah pretty sure they are the most universal. I'm also pretty sure that a lot of people aren't a fan of them is because their whims to hold funds makes an excellent news story. I've personally never had a problem with them, and I've held an active paypal account for years now.
now steam wallet, that's a different story. they freeze your account for like two weeks if you sneeze wrong.
