but we were restarting the moment th e alarm went off

so it was literally 5-10 minutes of stealth, one alarm, restart

I don't know why, but I just figured shooting or kidnapping people right in the street would automatically alert things, what with it supposedly being the representation of a living city, and not just a place where 3 npcs walk around
