In Gas Guzzlers: Combat Carnage, there's an option toggle during profile creation for something called 'Arcade Mode'. There are no tooltips or anything though, and I have no idea what it does. What is Arcade Mode?

To me, if two questions are about two different problems but to which the solution is parallel identical, that isn't grounds for marking them duplicates.

Q: Can you make an Ectoplasmator into a staff?

In Runescape I see people with what look like an ectoplasmator attached to a staff. How is this possible? It would be nice to make a weapon out of it because it looks good and people say it has a good combat boost. Is this possible or is it just a cosmetic hoax?

I'm voting to close this as a duplicate. This question should have been a comment on the existing answer, not it's own question. The existing answer already covered this question, and this question was asked in order to clarify the existing answer. That's exactly what commenst are for, clarifying an answer. We don't ask an entire new questions just to clarify an answer.

Most probably doesn't matter. The devs just leave whatever the default DLC settings are, and that's that.

There are some that will super-restrict it, though, in which case it differs from the general state.

Throughout the question, "online PSN account" is an itemized unit. As such I read it as "I have DLC on my X, I'd like to make a second X, do I get the DLC on both X?" is how I parsed it, just to share that. It is technically unclear on the grounds of playing online which speaks to it being an unclear question.
