@fbueckert You are welcome to try, but honestly, I doubt that a) you will find libraries with extra books (most of them go to archival storage places, either to be kept, sold, or destroyed, depending on the place. Like locally, they go to warehouses, kept for a certain time, then are sold to the public for cheap),

b) find libraries willing to accept books, and c) usually libraries are very well connected in their own cities/areas, and have that set up on their own., Either that, or the bigger library keeps the books and uses some sort of inter-library loan to share them.
