Quick question, how did you guys make @Lazers post active questions? I want to do something similar in the movie chat but only got the regular question feed
I find that I am always ambushed by mummies and my heroes keep getting scared and running away.
Is there a certain outfit colour that makes this more or less likely? Or is this completely random?
@Fluttershy At the very least, they allowed you to play all 3 races in multiplayer. I was seriously thinking you could be only Terran across the whole game

Is there any reason why many websites - including very mainstream ones such as microsoft.com and sourceforge.net - show a page with "Your download will start in 10 seconds; if you don't want to wait you can use this direct link" instead of simply starting the download?

@Fluttershy The campaign doesn't really teach you much about how to properly use the races considering all the extra things they throw at you that aren't in multiplayer
@IanPugsley It depends on the reason. IF the problem si the core gameplay mechanics then it's legitimate. I played the beta about 2 months ago, so I highly doubt they've completel overhauled the entire system.
@fae Well, I was playing a lot earlier in the beta, so I'm not sure how much it's improved. They had act 1 done and part of act 2. It was pretty fun up to about level 35 or so, at which point it got very grindy. But I think part of that was simply that they didn't have higher level content yet, so basically you were playing act 1 & 2 again on nightmare difficulty to continue. Overall the game felt pretty polished. Had a very interesting character build system
They also totally reworked classes and skill trees after I stopped
I plan to give it another go this weekend. It definitely feels more polished than your typical "free" game. And for free, I'd say it's definitely worth a try if you like ARPGs
Anyway, if anyone wants to find out for themselves, I've got one beta key to give.
@Ullallulloo The NDA's really loose. You're allowed to say you're in beta and talk about publicly available info, just not disclose stuff like numerical values and such.
Yesterday I were on dustbowl on defense. I skipped point 1 entirely and set myself up on point 2, where the offense team would normally set up base instead.

I am having some trouble with (I suspect) my wireless router. It's connected to the internet with a regular lan cable and has a static, public IP address. Our two home PCs connect to the router with regular lan cables, plus there's a laptop which connects over wifi.

For anyone thinking of buying Hack Slash Loot (I just noticed it was on Steam), LazyShell's post about 2 down in this thread matches my feelings pretty well about why the game is kind of bad.
Also, I'm a little confused that the new mulitplayer DLC features an "Asari Justicar Adept" considering we already have access to an "Asari Adept" with an "Asari Justicar" skill.
@FAE Game mode, essentially. There's default league. There's "hardcore" league (where if you die, you're dead). And occasionally they do leagues with special rulesets
And I think there are "legacy" leagues, which right now are basically "here's where your characters from previous versions of the beta are, so they aren't messing up our testing"

I want to breed a Bloom Dragon. Which dragons should I breed and how will I know whether I got one? How long are they available?
