Q: Steam updated today (2012-02-08) and now Civ crashes on icon execute

Steam updated and restarted today. Now when i double click my Civ icon, i get this immediately. How can I fix this problem?

Q: What must I do for the "Manic Pixie Dream Elf" achievement?

Most of the hidden achievements in KoA seem to resolve themselves through normal game play (defeat this guy, complete on hard, etc) so I imagine the answer to this one is going to be along the same lines. This hidden achievement is a bit cryptic... does anyone know what the requirements of it are?

Q: What does it mean if a monster is "vulnerable"?

Pretty frequently I'll be fighting an enemy and alongside all of the damage numbers that come flying up, I'll see the word "Vulnerable" popup above the enemy hitbox briefly. What does this convey? Is this a term for staggering an enemy with your attacks? Is it a specific condition like poison? ...
