Q: Why am I seeing Diddy Kong's face everywhere?

On various tracks, I see a nice pictures of Diddy Kong - they are framed, and everything. Do they serve any purpose? Or are they just everywhere because, well, the game is named after him? It seems a little strange, and it looks like I should be able to interact with them somehow, but I haven't...

Q: Is there any way to get back to Skuldafn without using the console?

Possible Duplicate: Is it possible to return to Skuldafn? Is there anyway to get back to Skuldafn once completing that quest without using a console command (since I'm on the Xbox 360 version)?

@agent86 That makes sense, but... I feel this question should still be valid until that actually happens. Especially since the original asker of the question it's claimed to be a dupe of specifies that he can use the console commands.
