Reminds me of the time I wrote a "book format" text display thingy for a MUD; the goal was a display of 80 x variable characters, and we found that displaying page of that width just looked bad. So I made it have this kind of frame:

Q: XCom confirm: Aliens easier to hit when they peek out of cover

When engaging enemies from behind cover, if you're patient enough in the 3d camera mode, there are times when certain alien types will pop their head out from cover. If you wait for them to peek out, and you are at least 40% to hit you will (or at least I have) hit, almost everytime with a crit, ...

@SaintWacko Whenever you like. They won't deploy until you hit atmosphere, and won't open until you're ~500m above the ground.
