Since the 1.1 update I've retrieved a few statues from underground houses. While I'm pretty sure that the bunny statue spawns bunnies, and the slime statue spawns slimes, I have no idea what the rest of them do.

Some other changes in today's TF2 update... items can be bought from the Mann Co. Store directly from the web. Also, there's no more 3-day trading cooldown on purchased items as long as you've made a purchase 30+ days before it.

I'm looking at leasing a 2-core VDS from NFOServers, particularly if I can get them to drop the price from $50 to $40 by closing down my existing game server.

It's not an entire machine, but people have had good things to say about them.

Maybe once we finally have stable servers again, we can rebuild the OCRTF2 community.
