There's a gal on YouTube who's fitting an LS3/TR6060 out of a 5th gen Camaro into her M3 ... should be VERY potent.

Mom once made a chutney using ghost peppers. That thing was spicy but delicious at the same time. We finished the jar in one day

I really like jalapenos for just that reason (and I know they aren't Indian, lol). They have a lot of flavor with some kick. Habaneros are just on the borderline of being stupid hot without much flavor (detectable flavor, that is, lol).

There's a restaurant chain the States called Quaker Steak and Lube ... they have hot wings. Their top three wing sauce cover about 300,000/200,000/100,000 on the Scoville scale respectively. I once tried the 100k version ... it was so hot it made my ears hurt (inside). I cannot imagine what the 300k versions would be like.

@Zaid - I get wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. They have a flavor called Mango Habanero, which has the heat (more than a jalapeno, but not stupid hot), yet has a lot of flavor from the Mango. Good stuff.
