QSO from korean.stackexchange.com!

Someone suggested I check out this chat.
So, uh... Saluton, amikoj! :-P

Bleh, I wanted to delete the message to re-phrase it, not replace it with "(removed)"! That's annoying...
So what I meant to say, was that I am from esperanto.stackexchange.com , and I find it somewhat amusing to think of myself as a polyglot, because I only really speak two languages, English and Esperanto, and a minimalist language, which has only about 120 words, so counting it is a bit of a cheat.
But I am learning Spanish, so that will make three :-).

@kristan Don’t worry about that. You do not actually have to be a polyglot, but only interested in making SE language sites better.
If you have any question how other language sites have been handling certain questions (e.g., close reasons, translation questions, etc.), this will be a good place.

@Wrzlprmft Okay, cool :-)
How about the profound question of whether tags should be in English, or the target language?
@kristan whichever you pick, make synonyms in the other language
on French Language we use French as the main language
@Gilles That seems to be the case on spanish.stackexchange.com as well.
Well, that the tags are in Spanish, not in French, lol!
There's also a higher percentage of questions in Spanish there, than there are questions in Esperanto on our site.
@kristan unsurprising, given that natives are a lot more likely to ask questions in the object language
@Gilles So, like native Spanish speakers asking questions about Spanish?
@kristan yes
last I looked Spanish Language didn't have a lot of natives asking, but this was a long time ago, before [es.so] existed
23:00
Well, there are a lot of questions in Spanish there right now; I don't know if they're from native speakers or just more advanced learners.
afk for a bit...
23:13
I wonder how many native speakers are on our site...?
But it's impossible to tell.
