This is a стенд for the preparation of an extract.
I don't know how to translate it into English.
Testbed? Lab test frame? Lab frame?

1 - test item (some medical device); 4 - peristaltic pump; 2 - beaker; 3 - thermostatted compartment
Basically they pump distilled water at 37C for several hours through the medical device and then do a chromatography of a water sample to determine what chemicals have leaked into the water from the medical device.
