It's not important. What's important for you to do is contributing interesting/pertinent information to the stack.

I don't understand the point of using math mode for names

because formatting is different: $\textbf{diketone}$ (latex) diketone

yeah, but why having a math font for something that is inherently text?

also, you can do text-mode formula: H₂O

...is it really necessary to have a feed for each tag? We already have a feed for all questions, that seems very redundant.
