@Sklivvz The whole question is more like a strawman argument, but that's what voting is for
And at some point, if many questions get downvoted the low-quality filter will kick in.
I don't think there is even a specific rule against trolling on any SE site, it just was never necessary. Downvoting should easily be able to take care of that.

@Fabian, thanks. I was referring to the comments tough (and regarding the question there is a "flame bait" rule which might be applicable to trolling.
 
Such discussions in comments are not viewed favorably anyway, if that continues a moderator will probably nuke all of those comments
