@Chad I found some similar questions, but nothing that would be an exact duplicate. I know I've seen answers floating around suggesting that people don't quite via email... but nothing I could justify with a closure...

You need to seriously condense your resume. A multipage resume for someone with what looks like 1.5 years total relevant job experience? Attributes/Personal Achievements/Interests are all fluff and a bit weird as it is. — enderland 15 hours ago

I went through and deleted some old answers on old questions where I had previously applied post notices and answerers never came back to improve the posts.

@JimG. Since you asked, I'm considering hiring this guy. I've interviewed him twice now and I like what he has to offer. If I hire him, which I probably will, he will be contracted through his own corporation. We already talked about it and he will start at 20/ hour for two or three months. I updated the job posting to be web developer related.

Q: Is it best to tell your boss that you are quitting via email or in person?

joihnI have found a new position and need to let my current company know. What is the most professional way to tell your boss that you are quitting? Is it via email, in person, or something else? Is there anything I should consider when making the choice?

Keep an eye on this one, might need to be protected if it starts attracting attention (its at the top of the hot questions list) but i see no need for immediate protection

@fredsbend: I'm impressed! Seems like a terrific find! Keep me updated! If he's productive for at least four months then, for all intents and purposes, I was wrong.
@RhysW: Totally agree.

Comments are like Post-It notes Comments are inherently disposable and not for permanent information. Comments are used primarily...

Q: FAQ proposal: Back It Up and Don't Repeat Others

RarityI'm considering adding the following clauses into the first bit of our FAQ: How should I answer? Make sure your answer adds helpful information and is a complete, stand-alone answer. Read other answers first and be sure not to completely restate information that has already been posted. ...

Q: When should I flag an answer as 'Not an Answer'?

jmacThe Workplace seems pretty subjective. There are guidelines for Good Subjective, Bad Subjective Questions, but what are the guidelines for answers? When should I flag an answer as 'Not an Answer'?
