I've just realised, my boss is 'that guy'

I have been bringing in my MacBook to have to listen to music or do Google searches on the side while working on my work computer. To make this clear, I am simply stating this as an example. Question, does a resume need a personal statement section? I cant forsee it adding any insight into who i am that you wouldnt get from the interview
