Hi folks. My Debian system decided to not reboot last night and I'm trying to debug it. But I'm quite rusty wrt all this stuff. Fortunately I had a second installation on this machine which is working. And it's where I'm typing this. But it's stretch.
So, to summarize, two Debian installations. One 11 and one 9. The 9 one is working, but the 11 one won't boot.
It gets to the grub menu, but after the grub entry for that installation is activated it just hangs. What is the correct term for that?
Any suggestions what I should do or check next?
I really need to buy a new machine. Aside from anything else, this machine's motherboard could die at any time.
