Q: Weird SSH/SCP progress meter behavior

Cedric MartinI've got a very weird SSH behavior and it's making me a bit nervous. Basically the progress meter is totally bogus: so bogus that it's nearly useless. @jasonwryan wasn't pointing fingers, sorry. Just saw the migration and you guy's names is all, I had no way of knowing who did what.
It's just a bit of a sensitive issue since everyone gets annoyed when they receive crap from other sites.
I am guessing a lot of the close voters did as well, since most of you are veteran users.
