I think @nhahtdh pretty much nailed it with his 3 that he came out with more or less straight away, but in any case, here's my own personal views on stuff:

一: ID-req's have been troubling us all for some time now. The main way we're going to have to deal with this is not on an individual level, but as a community, making sure that we're vigilant in keeping on top of the bad requests we see, but in turn praising the quality ones that deserve it. We already have a great set of guidelines put together by @ʞɹɐzǝɹ , so it's up to everyone to keep on top of new posts, linking to those guidelines…
