Generally I think our site is in good shape besides this, but I would like to also look at:

#2 Keeping valuable new users - I would like to see how our retention rate is, we're picking up a couple of interested people in chat, but it's not a full representation of the site

#3 Rewarding great answers & inspiring others to follow their example. I like the spotlit posts more than the monthly tags thing we did as all the questions are very good quality and getting 5 voters to look at these would be…

1: ID requests.
This is obviously a prominent issue right now, and though I think the best strategy to tackle this is to actually focus on other things, this is clearly something a lot of community members are concerned about.

2: Staying current.
We have a lot of questions about series pre-2014 (AoT, FMA, and so on), and even our biggest draw, Naruto, is slowing down dramatically. Without focus on new series, we lose out on a huge opportunity, and most askers will go places like reddit. Improving our community to keep users interested in current manga and anime should be a focus.
