@JohnnyApplesauce pdftk works for me. There are other options too. But that one is popular.

It can also do a bunch of other stuff. It's a command line thing.

There's also poppler-utils.

Though a search would probably bring these up, anyway.

@user3728501 First of all, please don't come in so aggressively. If you have a problem with an edit, all you have to do is ask about it.

Now, @JeffSchaller makes a lot of edits, the vast majority of which are good. He may have missed something, we're all human, but Jeff is long past the point where edits give you rep (you stop getting rep for edits at 3,000 reputation, Jeff has 55,200 rep). On top of that, Jeff is one of the elected moderators of the site, it's his job to keep the site clean.

I assume you are referring to this edit. If so, Jeff fixed a number of typos, improved the tone of the post (there was no need for snark), and generally made the question better. Note how your question was reopened after the edit, so it could only have helped. I don't see anything wrong with that one.

If you mean another, please give us a link so we can review it.

If instead you meant this edit, then Jeff was absolutely correct. Your question is not about ssh, so it shouldn't be tagged with ssh. Yes, you are connecting via ssh, so it's good that you mention this in your question, but that isn't what the question is about. And we also have a dedicated tag for issues with colors, which is what your question is about, so Jeff very correctly removed the ssh tag and added the colors.

I have now redone his edit, please don't undo it again. That's how we use tags here.
