@Jesse_b that's normal from this user. every answer or comment I've seen them post indicates that they're existing on some higher, non-linear plane of reality that lesser minds just can not grasp.

I wrote to Thomas Dickey (who happens to be active here) about adding support for the git binary diff format to diffstat. He replied that the format isn't documented. Or, at least, he doesn't know of the documentation.

I could ask on #git on Freenode, I guess. Does anyone have any other ideas?
