I am running for moderator in the EL&U election.
I can vote for myself in the final stage of the election. I couldn't vote for myself in the primaries. Is this a feature or a bug?
@Malachi You only actually get one vote. What you get is three choices of who the vote would go to - in the event that your top choice is eliminated or has too many votes.
it's actually a changing vote, if your first choice can get more votes in a round, then that is where your vote will go that round, if your first choice is full, then you get to vote on your second choice., and so on
Right. But my point is, you only actually get ONE vote. Having more choices would only serve to reduce the chance that your vote doesn't become "exhausted".
I just wanna say that although I didn't make it past the primaries, I lost to some reallly exceptional candidates, and I'm priviledged to have ran with you all, Thanks @candidates, and @whoevervotedinme.
