@PLL - it's difficult for non-native speakers to really grasp the typical use of "beast", and also notably "beast mode" unless you are "in to" the US sports scene, particularly football. — Fattieyesterday
I'm not into American sports because they're slow as heck. The eggball thing is literally 10 s of action, 2 mins of ... I don't even know, lining up? strategy? commercials? referee decisions? Baseball takes forever as well. It's like golf. I do like watching golf because they wear these nice baseball caps, lol. Those are the sports I associate with the US.
According to this, an average professional football game "lasts 3 hours and 12 minutes, but if you tally up the time when the ball is actually in play, the action amounts to a mere 11 minutes".
Actually, 10 s was too generous: per the same source, an average play in the NFL "lasts just four seconds".
3 hours for a stupid game is also too much. That's also why I kinda disliked Endgame – there was no need to make the movie that long.

I was made to watch American football once.

It was very cold and I had trouble reading my book.
I'm sometimes disappointed when I see students cheating when I've studied hard for days.
Even more disappointed, of course, because it wouldn't be "collegial" to report them. I do think about doing it and fighting everyone for the rest of the academic year.
Well I am really very nice when a hard working student makes mistakes - I write elaborate comments and take away very little marks. But when I see people copy from each other in the assignments, I go "berserk mode"!
Of course, I make sure that I am right about it - I usually find they even copy decimal points and punctuation/signs
I actually find that offensive, and I'd appreciate it if you...
When someone says none taken, that would normally mean they understood the underlying gesture / warning, and they didn't find whatever you said offensive.
I.e., they're acknowledging that you meant no ill intent.
I don't know. Maybe fully could work. I'd say Fully taken, actually!, or Offense one hundred percent taken! might be okay. I'm not sure. I don't think it matters at that point. When you're angry you just say something that makes some kinda sense.
