So, I came across another interesting word while I was looking for an interesting name for a ship in a video game: redamancy : act of loving in return Despite his lack of redamancy, her passion for him was unabated for several years. It's a "lost" word from 1656, so only use it if you want to test whether someone will ask a question if they don't understand something ;)

I came across this opening line of a newspaper report -

Is it a right sentence?

My problem is -
"the spin-doctors of congress have VERB-ed" - fine
But the "and-part" seems strange, mostly because of "to".

I think it's a very awkward sentence. I think it's trying to say "The spin-doctors in the Congress, who are mostly members of the Bharatiya Janata Party..."
