Is anyone interested in attempting to beat the Enderdragon later today? Like in 3-4 hours from now. Ideally we'd make lots of preparations but I'd be happy to make just a few preparations and go blazing in asap to see what we can do - everyone brings what they feel comfortable losing.

Agreed, we should wait for the weekend, though I'd like to advocate for Saturday night or Sunday, since I might not have access to the internet from Friday afternoon to Saturday evening or so.
That said, I actually wouldn't mind giving it a go today. I'd have to make more arrows and better-enchant my bow first, though.

Would anyone be peeved that they weren't part of the first enderdragon fight? He is infinitely respawnable and we get a new minecraft.gamepedia.com/End_gateway_portal each time he dies (up to 20). I frankly wouldn't mind if I wasn't there.
