It just hit me I fumbled so bad

There was this girl, I'll call her K. She was in the small group of friends I went to prom with, and we'd never talked much but she seemed nice enough, and everyone in the friend group agrees she's super pretty. Well, one time one of our mutual friends offhandedly remarked that they'd been in a conversation and K had said, "[Rydwolf] would treat me right"

the main series had an infamous sniper

and no existing group had actually stated any intentions for the spinoff
