I think it is easy to make a scramble program without hashing. I may be wrong, but I'd rather fix it now, than ban hashing and apply more fixes later on

The epicentre was about 15 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Culverden and 60 kilometres (37 mi) south-west of the tourist town of Kaikoura; the hypocentre was at a depth of approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi).
