Today I found strange syntax like
int _$[:>=<%-!.0,};
in some old code, but in fact the code is not commented. There seems to be no report of compile errors for this line. I tested it separately and it can compile too:

int _$[:>=<%-!.0,};
return 0;
}
Why can it compile?
Write a function placeAt that takes an array and an index.
It places 1 at a given index with these properties:
if array at index position is 0, place 1 at index position.
if array at index position is not 0, we need to shift items left or right to make room
