By the way, even if you can superping, that wouldn't ping you (which you wanted to try, I think). I see that you tried to ping yourself with your codegolf id, but then you'd have to use @@[email protected], because if you don't provide a site, it uses your chat.SE id.

@MartinBüttner Area of a polygon? IIRC it's basically a simple fold. (And yes, it is the area of a polygon with a suitable winding rule: it just requires extending both ends down to the axis and then joining them).
