CMQ I have an n by n matrix of numbers that can be positive or negative. I want to draw a diagonal line (going at 45 degrees) splitting the matrix into two parts so the sum of all the numbers on the side including the origin is as big as possible. I can do that quickly by adding one diagonal at a time. But I am also allowed to skip as many rows of the matrix as I like if it will increase my sum. Can this now be done in O(n^2) time?
