I found a new sequence that would be fit for OEIS I think

basically, a latin square:

1,2,3,4
2,3,4,1
3,4,1,2
4,1,2,3

each column and row is a permutation of range(4)

but the above latin square isn't rotation safe

because if you rotate one of the columns or rows, you get a duplicate row

Actually I do know how it might have happened. If the server was under really heavy load the leave event might have fired after the player count was updated
