I wonder if it would be possible to defite a language that meets PPCG's definition of "programming language", but there's only one way to do anything. fun fact: i wrote an answer for this site that currently sits at 142 bytes

i could easily save 134 of those bytes

it's a brainfuck program that takes numeric input and does something with it that brainfuck is actually really good at, but it takes me 135 instructions to handle all the input because it's basically
