This conversation seems to be going nowhere.

You both have grievances with each other.

It's okay for gallery rooms to not allow everyone in. That's the point.

Badgering people to let you into the room doesn't help.

But that doesn't mean that both of you can't be nice.

In the FAQ:

It's okay for you to dislike each other. But neither of you should dwell on it, nor should you spend time arguing with each other.

Honestly, IMO, if you can't interact without bickering, maybe you need to chose a different room. Whoever is the owner of the room in question can determine who is allowed in that room. If you don't like it, find a different room.

I would suggest that another room owner should be added. Of course, that's not my decision, but I think having a sole room owner is a bit... problematic.

Obviously you two can't be in the same room with out arguing. Neither of you seem to be very mature about it. Just use different rooms and there shouldn't be an issue.

@TinyGiant I'd recommend you to review things from the beginning. This is the 2nd room. The gallery room is the 3rd room. I don't want to create one more.

Ok, you are both continuing to bicker. A chat room is a chat room is a chat room. If the owner of that chatroom decides that a user is not welcome then that is their prerogative. There are thousands of chatrooms on the Stack Exchange network. Why would you want access to a room where all you're going to do is fight and argue? You both need to move on and take a break from trying to interact with each other

This seems to be something of a rolling argument. Under normal circumstances, I'd be minded to close the room temporarily to allow you both to think about it.

I feel a little sad that this room is used just like the main room. I was hoping to use it for other purposes, the purposes we helped draft together.

But that's the best we can have right now, I think.

I'm not sure since when, but this room has gradually drifted away from its original goals into a general chat room.

I'm going to stick around for a while to help keep this room from becoming destructive as it did before.

But our attempt in trying to bring in long-term learners here wasn't very successful either.
