I'm a little bit lost what the problem about this question is: outdoors.stackexchange.com/questions/10374/…

@OddDev are you saying... You are IN a survival situation, probably long term... You need to pull a bad tooth... How do you do it?
If so then I don't see the issue with the question either
Yeah that's what I mean
Is it somehow bad formulated?

Hm, I've added "(,..) in the wild (in a survival situation over a long period of time) far away from (...)"
@OddDev sounds good.

@OddDev Part of the problem is, that this concerns health, so it is serious. Therefore people are quite finicky about possible bad/incorrect advice. A question phrased "How to take out an infected tooth to prevent a life-treathening situation" already implies that not taking it out is not good, which may be wrong (one comment suggested this). So you really need to either get rid of this ballast and just ask how to get it out not minding whether taking it out is a good idea or not
or you ask about whether it is a good idea to pull a teeth in survival situation (although this might be considered off topic due to medical advice).
???? I've asked "if it's a good idea" and if yes how to do it
And if no what one should do
But giving up on this question
Do whatever you want with it
I'm done
I wonder if it's even a good idea to remove the tooth?!

If yes, what is the recommended way to do this? Would be awesome to use natural material only but common camping equipment is also okay. So, an ice skate as mentioned above isn't acceptable :)

If no, what else should one do (treatment with herbs etc.)?
