Morning all :)

Morning :)
Anybody got an idea why this question: http://outdoors.stackexchange.com/questions/10212/why-is-us-kill-rating-so-complicated
gets so many opinion-based-flags?! Do I have to improve the question somehow? I want an answer like: "First, there was also a pretty simple rating system. With the compound-bows however, it was too easy for the competitive sport to hit the "Centerkill". To keep the competition going the inner circles were added." And so on and so on
This isn't opinion-based at all, is it?
07:56
@OddDev I think that the question gets the opinion based part because of saying why is it so complicated... Maybe to some people it doesn't seem complicated at all?
Plus you ask a whole lot of questions all in one...
Okay, thanks.. I try to clear this up. It might sound better like "Why is the US rating system so complex compared to the European one?"
08:22
@OddDev yeah or so different?
I don't think it's a bad question.
08:47
Ah yeah different is good. It's stands out from "complicated" even more.
@OddDev :)
Or should I split it up a little bit more?

- "Why is there a non-scoring point?"
- "Why is there a CenterCenterKill?"
- ...
09:03
@OddDev I don't think that's opinion based, I was surprised to see so many close votes TBH
@OddDev 50% of the people who saw it voted leave open so I think you'll be fine
The close votes time out eventually
@Liam So was I :) Okay, thank you
I try to improve it nevertheless. I'm really curious about the answer and it needs more attention
@OddDev yeah that can be a good thing. I often don't quite word things how I mean to express them and go back and edit my questions.
Does bump it up as well on the active list

Afternoon @Liam @Aravona

@WedaPashi morning :) how are you?
11:19
@Aravona: I am good. Thanks. The swelling on the arm is finally subsiding and no longer hurts.
Thanks for the edits @liam
Though, I think its more of a comment than an answer. I think I should turn it into a comment.
I run out of votes so easily :(
Thanks for the edits @Aravona
11:37
@WedaPashi no worries :) it's a good answer.
I'm glad your arm is improving!
Thank you. :)
And I am going for Cricket selections tomorrow morning. My employer has a cricket team that play in corporate leagues :)
How are you? @Aravona
12:04
@WedaPashi I'm alright thanks. Just waiting for today to end...! That's pretty cool about the cricket :)

@Aravona You're so sweet. I appreciate you letting me make these little edits. It's my OCD or something, but I have a thing about title detail! You can tell by checking my edits on other sites. I need to get enough rep here to edit myself. I've got questions planned, and now that I have a better computer, you'll start seeing them.
I'm afraid they're too easily "google-able" but I'm learning that you guys aren't jumping all over users who can't think of totally obscure things to ask. That makes me happy!
@WedaPashi Running out of votes is awesome! People here do a really good job of voting. If you look at GL, you'll find a very low voting rate compared to the number of users. That's not meant to sound like a judgment. I just think that voting's an easy way to participate and say "thanks" to people. Plus, new users can't get anywhere in the SE system without rep, so voting is really important! I don't understand a lot of what you guys do, but I pretty much know how to judge a well-written post.
I guess I'll go vote now..........
19:28
@Sue ask it! Just because you can find it on google... Well we should be where people come after googling! And no worries about the edits, they're always good love :)

A: What is the benefit to telemark skiing?

furtiveThe main (and classical) advantage of telemark skiing is not when you're going downhill, but when you want to travel on skis. Telemark skiing goes back to the days before chairlifts, when the ski was a flotation device used for ascending as well as descending. The free heel (and a set of skins or...

let me know if my edit was too aggressive. Since the post was marked as a wiki then I thought it would be ok.
