not to diminish your efforts but unfortunately we skip the primary phase of the election since there are only 4 nominees. The Q&A is really supposed to be part of the primary phase

we can only edit one of the FAQ pages as far as I know, this one

not to say that it's impossible through a feature-request, but just wanted to point out that it's not something we can fix with a quick edit

May be something worth making a case for, I think sites that bring in 60k views a day should be able to optimise and adapt their help center to the specific issues in their community

I'm not familiar with any precedent on another site for creating new or editing the "locked" pages, I'll see if I can find something on MSE or ask in the secret mod chat

that was before the FAQ was revamped to become the "help center", but the philosophy is the same I'm sure

Perhaps rather than changing the existing content, they could just add a site-specific FAQ section above the general section

It would need a bit of thought for a feature request, but I'd be up for it because the help section is ..not as helpful as it could be.

As Daniel pointed out, I've already made a slight edit to include a link to your community-generated "how to ask a good question" page. If you want more substantial changes, please make a more specific proposal (maybe as an answer). I'd be happy to replace the image, too, if someone who's handy with an image editor wants to basically recreate what's already there with a Math SE screenshot as the base image. — Pops ♦ Mar 12 at 3:34

@JohnB I've just realised it would create some confusion, because we have FAQs/help topics as meta posts as well. Maybe it's easier to make the single editable page into a contents page that points to all of our Meta FAQs?

Although the different page structure does make them look more official than a normal meta post might look, and it would be buried behind 2 links
