@C.E. I missed the link to acl, and I didn't mean to imply that all those qualifiers applied to that user. To be honest, I was angry. I was trying to make a point and missed the target. Sorry.
@ThunderBiggi I have not experienced problems with version 12.3.1 on Windows.
@rhermans I'm not so sure you missed the reference to acl because that wasn't in the original post. That is one of the reasons that I found the post inappropriate was because there was absolutely no evidence given in the original post. Not that mentioning acl is actual evidence. Also, acl hasn't posted an answer in 7 years.
